Co-Founder of Boston Technologies. Obtained simultaneously his master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from Supelec in Paris, France, and his master's in Nanosciences from Parix XI University in 2005. He worked in 2006 for Accenture, in Paris, France. He obtained a Masters of Sciences in 2007 from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). He is the CTO of Boston Technologies and its Executive-CEO. He is focusing on Business Development and in identifying key problems in the financial IT industry in order to address them.
Michael A. Uttley
COO
Michael A. Uttley is a graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a paralegal certificate. Michael's education and work experience enable him to support multiple platforms and act as a point of contact for clients. His work experience includes customer support with his educational institution and the United States government and recently having worked for Pearson Education in Boston as a release engineer.
Dylan Elkind

Dylan Elkind is the Sales Representative for Boston Technologies. He is currently attending Tufts University studying Economics, Business, and Chinese. Dylan has experience working for Citigroup SmithBarney in their Sales, Business Building, and Wealth Management divisions.
Joe Khurana
Business Development Associate
Joe Khurana is a business development associate for Boston Technologies. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a BA in economics and currently in the process of completing an MS in Computer Information Systems at Boston University. He is a former NASD licensed broker.
Roman Pasquerella
Business Development Associate
Roman Pasquerella is a business development associate for Boston Technologies. He is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business, at the University of New Hampshire, with a BS in Finance. Currently in the process of earning a CFA designation.
Evan B. Ross
Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer
Evan B. Ross is a 30 veteran of the software development industry, has played important roles for companies involved in fields ranging from professional and high-end audio, to medical electronics, publishing, and telecommunications. His responsibilities have covered the range from team member to CTO. An experienced Systems Architect, he specializes in portable, retargettable solutions for high-speed and high-volume data processing and communications. He is currently building our MT4 Java bridge technology.
Andrew Ralich
Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer
Andrew Ralich is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he received a BS in Computer Science. Prior to coming to Boston Technologies in Feb. 2008, Andrew worked as a software engineer at EMC^2 developing driver APIs for the Symmetrix enterprise storage platform. His professional experience includes working on cross platform compatible software (Windows, Unix, Linux, SunOS) in a variety of languages (C++, C#, Java, Perl). In addition to his technical experience, Andrew has been trading US securities and options for 6 years.
JP LaFond
Senior Software Engineer
JP LaFond, brings financial experience and FIX expertise. He's worked for leading financial information companies and hedge fund management firms in the financial centers in the US and Europe. He will be building MT4 Java bridge technology.
Brian Gregor
Senior Software Engineering
Brian Gregor has extensive experience in scientific software development, including massively parallel cluster applications, scientific instrument control, and soft real-time codes. He has a background in a variety of areas of physics, with experimental, theoretical, and computational experience in biophysics, infrared spectroscopy, optics, and complex fluid mechanics, and holds a Ph.D. in physics from Boston University. He is currently a member of the MT4 bridge team.
Matt Daum
Web Developer
Matt Daum is attending Tufts University where he is a Computer Science major and a webmaster. He has been programming for several years in PHP/MYSQL, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, CSS. He also has knowledge in Linux server administration. He has worked for years in IT support including founding a business for IT support.
Hamid Palo
Web Designer and Developer
Hamid Palo is currently studying Computer Science and Quantitative Economics at Tufts University. He has been designing and developing large web applications for the past six years, and has a lot of experience with Adobe products, PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS and other modern web technologies.

Joel Kinney is a partner at the law firm of Goldstein & Herndon, LLP and is experienced in representing the legal needs of businesses from creation and funding, to litigation of all types of business disputes. Mr. Kinney's practice includes representation of start ups, mature ventures, real estate development and international licensing. Mr. Kinney is a graduate of Northeastern School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
