Installation Instructions
Your VPS account can be accessed across a variety of mobile devices with just a few simple steps. Steps include enabling the mobile access on your VPS portal and then choosing the right version of software for your mobile platform. Below are the steps required to setup access to the VPS on your mobile device.
Step 1: Enable Mobile Access
Log in to your VPS portal. Click ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Mobile Access’. Then follow the on-screen instructions to enable mobile access for your account.
Important Note: You only have to go through Step 1 only once
Step 2: Download the right application for your mobile device
The application required to access the VPS remotely on your device is the called the VNC client. Please click below on any of the supported devices/platforms which can access the VPS remotely for further instructions. If you're unsure of your mobile platform, its compatibility or trouble connecting to the VPS, please feel free to contact our customer support.
Step 3: After installing the right VNC application for your mobile device
Select the VNC client that you have downloaded and enter the following information:
Server: vps.gallantvps.com
Display / Port Number: Your VPS Portal user login name.
Password: Your VPS portal password

Yes you can, any, as long as they have an MT4 server!

Can I run multiple Client Terminals at any one time?
Not at this time.
Can you access a MultiTerminal for money-managers in the same manner?
Not at this time. However there are other money manager technologies that just use a normal client terminal and we do support those.
Do you plan to create this as a possibility?
We recommend using an alternative to the MultiTerminal that works in our environment. Please contact us for more information.
Will MT5 be accessible in this manner upon its release?
Yes, absolutely.
How do I upload an Expert Advisor to the VPS?
Simply click
from the web interface menu, choose the file location and type as shown below,
click "Upload", and it is ready to run!

How many resources do I need to run the Web Client Terminal?
Most of the work is done on the server side so any machine that is no older then 6-7 years should work well.
What are the limitations, if any?
Right now you can only run one client terminal at a time. If you would like to use two you would need to purchase two instances.
How soon will my VPS and Web Client Terminal be ready to use?
You will receive login details via email within one business day (24 hours) of signing up.

Is there support for autotrade systems that require higher processor speeds, ie. > 2.4 GHz or faster?
This environment was not set up for very high requirements , however on a case by case basis we can deliver a customized VPS to take care of this setup.
